Residential estates relied heavily on fragmented and inefficient systems to manage daily operations. Security communication was scattered across WhatsApp and Telegram groups, payments were tracked manually using receipts, and guest access was poorly controlled, leading to security risks, operational inefficiencies, and a lack of transparency for both residents and estate administrators.
Lopht App was designed as an all-in-one digital estate management platform, combining a public-facing website for product awareness and onboarding with a suite of mobile and web applications for residents, security personnel, and estate administrators. The platform centralises access control, payments, visitor management, and emergency communication into a single, structured system.
